The view and location were amazing, perfect for Instagram-worthy pictures. Breakfast had a great setting with a view. the chalets themselves were beautiful and the craftsmanship and design were outstanding.

The customer service was lacking, with limited concierge help. Staff mostly consisted of young kids who didn't provide the assistance we needed.

The views and landscaping were stunning, and the location was convenient. We loved the hot tub, which was a great feature and added to the romance of our escape. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service.

There were a number of negative aspects to our stay. The staff were generally unhelpful and unprofessional, and we found it difficult to get any assistance or recommendations.
